I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the grey/teal jacket that you shortened for me. It fits me really well, is very flattering and also importantly lovely and warm. The shorter length worked really well with my work skirts and trousers, I can see myself coming back for another colour and possibly and slightly different neckline at some point in the future.
